Shipping/Return Policy

Thank you for supporting the #SLDM Project.

SHIPPING:

Once you place your order, allow 4-7 days for your order to be processed (embroidered hats takes longer than screen-printed t-shirts). Following the process, allow an additional 3-5 business days (depending on location) for your product to be delivered.


RETURNS:

If a customer is unsatisfied with his/her order, no worries. We accept full refund returns within 15 calendar days of the delivery date. After 15 calendar days, a refund will not be considered.

If a customer decides to return a product from any order, it must be unused, unworn, and in all of its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Once the returned item has been inspected, we will process the refund and the customer will be refunded by their original payment method.

*ALL promotion discount orders are final sale and will not be eligible for returns.*

Exchanges are not allowed. If a different size/color is desired, a return must be made, and then the customer must re-order on their own terms.
